This wine displays citrus, strawberry and brioche characters. The palate structure is refined and complex with a refreshing natural acidity. An aperitif style wine with a natural acidity making it an ideal celebration drink.

Cool climate Shiraz aromas of plum and cherry are follwed by spicy and toasty Oak flavours. Medium bodied and with a firm dry finish, this wine will benefit from four or so years in the cellar. Perfect with rare roast Beef.

Made in the true 'Italian' style this is our driest wine and displays stone fruit and mineral flavours. The textured palate is round and refreshing and finishes with a crisp lemon acidity. The dry style and balanced acidity make this the ideal wine for casual drinking or can be served as a pre dinner 'apertif'. A good match with antipasto and salad dishes and ideal for those informal social occasions.

More suited to those drinkers that prefer the fresher, drier style of Sauvignon Blanc this wine is excellent"pre dinner" and can be served with light Pasta, Veal and seafoods.
