Returns Policy

It is important that you enjoy your wine in the manner expected. At Wine Sales Australia we represent a range of wineries and wine suppliers. Should your wine not be of the quality anticipated you can choose to return the bottle(s) in question. We shall then forward them onto the winery for confirmation and authority to replace. If a particular wine is not available, we reserve the right to replace the wine in question with a wine of similar quality.

If any of your wine is damaged during transit could you please contact us via email at the time of delivery. Wines that need to be collected must be returned in their original shipping materials so as to avoid any further breakages.

Replacement wines shall be dispatched once the damaged stock has been returned to Wine Sales Australia.
