The Chalk Hill Moscato is the perfect aperitif, and will also compliment grilled fish and a wide range of delicious desserts. It also forms the base for some exciting cocktails to enjoy on any occassion.
The balance between the low alcohol, natural fruit sweetness and the lifted aromatics in this wine, came with its challenges. Parcels of fruit are harvested at different times and the fermentation was closely monitored to ensure we bottle the wine at its aromatic peak. This wine is a gourmandise!

The combination of a long cold soak maceration and extended time on skin followed by the subtle use of French oak delivers a superb, concentrated Cabernet.

The 45 year old vines planted on sandy loam on the Chalk Hill Vineyard produce small bunches with intense, concentrated flavour. This vineyard consistently produces Cabernet Sauvignon with intense varietal character.
