Terms and Conditions
At Wine Sales Australia we require any purchaser or acceptor of wine purchased to confirm they are aged 18 years or older. It is against the law to sell, supply or provide alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. When purchasing, Wine Sales Australia shall require verification that the purchaser is aged 18 years or older.
Delivery
Wine Sales Australia will assume that any person aged 18 years or over located at the delivery address as nominated by the purchaser shall be authorized to accept the delivery. A delivery will be assumed as authorized should it be delivered at a secure or advised location as deemed appropriate by the purchaser.
Risk and title of the delivery passes onto the purchaser at that time Should it be considered required by the delivery service, Wine Sales Australia shall withhold delivery should proof of age be required. We shall not deliver to any person or persons considered under the age of 18 years.
Wine Sales Australia shall pick and dispatch your wine within 4 normal working days of receiving your order. You should receive your wine within 2 to 5 days from this time; however, some geographic areas may result in further delays. Wine Sales Australia shall contact the purchaser should additional charges be required. Should any further charges occur, these shall be advised and confirmed with the purchaser prior to dispatch.
Delivery costs have been calculated based on shipping wine in either half case (6 bottles) or full case (12 bottle) quantities. Should your final shipped requirements vary i.e.:- ordered quantities of less than 6 bottles shall be shipped as half case lots; shipping quantities 7 bottles and above, but less than 12 shall be shipped as a full case. Half and full case shipping costs shall then apply.
Method of Payment
Wine sales Australia accepts: Visa and MasterCard. Purchasers who nominate American Express shall incur a 3.5% additional charge. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Product availability
Wine Sales Australia shall use its best endeavors to present our customers with up to date product and product availability information. Should a particular product not be available, Wine Sales Australia reserves the right to supply a wine of comparable standard
