White Wines

Our flagship premium white wine. Fruity aromas of fig, melon and cashews are balanced with clean citrus acidity. Mouth feel is creamy and soft with excellent length and a touch of crème caramel on the finish.

Distinctive nose and taste of fresh herbs, lemon, thyme, guava, elderflower, box wood and a hint of passionfruit. The palate is full and textured, refreshing crisp, drying and taut with lingering minerally “wet stone” after tasting. Elegant subtle and sophisticated Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that has been created to flourish with time. 

Citrus fruit with a combination of fleshy stone fruit and an obvious use of classy French Oak. Fresh lemon and lime zesty mouthfeel transitions into layers of complexity including subtle lees stiring. This is complimented by French Oak adding balance to the structure and texture but with minimal impact on aroma and flavour, characterising the Forester Estate elegant style.

Clean, fresh and varietal Margaret River characters of lemon thyme, pea pod and honeydew melon. Full and textured with refreshing acidity. Showing dried herbs, citrus and pea pod characters right through the long, crisp finish. A classy example of the leading white style from the region.
