Chardonnay Wines

Citrus fruit with a combination of fleshy stone fruit and an obvious use of classy French Oak. Fresh lemon and lime zesty mouthfeel transitions into layers of complexity including subtle lees stiring. This is complimented by French Oak adding balance to the structure and texture but with minimal impact on aroma and flavour, characterising the Forester Estate elegant style.

Lighter in style than the premium Estate Chardonnay, this wine has the colour, nose and palate which reflect minimal use of oak.
Tastes of white peach and a fine acid balance result in a smooth refreshing finish.

A robust style of Chardonnay using fruit selected from a range of Central Victorian vineyards. In order to ensure a freshness on the initial palate the fruit is handled avoiding unnecessary skin contact and a cold slow fermentation is used along with French Oak.

Terra Felix is made from grapes that come from selected cool climate vineyards throughout the Central Victorian Region. This premium wine producing region boasts well known growing areas including Heathcote, Nagambie, Bendigo and Strathbogie.

Beautiful peaches and cream highlights are supported by a hint of butterscotch, vanilla and toasty French oak. Concentrated fruit dominates the palate with some riper citrus notes, a creamy structure and seamless oak.
