Distinctive nose and taste of fresh herbs, lemon, thyme, guava, elderflower, box wood and a hint of passionfruit. The palate is full and textured, refreshing crisp, drying and taut with lingering minerally “wet stone” after tasting. Elegant subtle and sophisticated Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that has been created to flourish with time. 

Lively nettle and zingy lime notes on the nose. The palate is well constructed with mineral acidity running the length, supporting feijoa and tropical fruit characters.

This Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc produces wonderful aromas of passionfruit, red capsicum and fresh cut herbs. It displays a fresh yet complex palate with great body and full length. 

The Adelaide Hills region is renowned for producing Australia’s premium Sauvignon Blanc.  Meticulous site selection of the grapes and harvesting at different times throughout vintage has ensured the 2009 vintage is a vibrant example of pristine cooler climate fruit.  This unoaked wine has trademark varietal definition. It exhibits tropical flavours, especially passionfruit, grapefruit and melon.  The palate is fresh and intense finishing long, lively and crisp, striking the perfect balance between intensity and elegance. A wine to be enjoyed chilled and whilst young.
